Our History

NODENT NIGERIA LIMITED (NODENT) is a wholly Nigerian company that is focused on serving the Oil & Gas Industry. NODENT commenced operations about 18 years ago and has since handled projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Corrosion Engineering as well as services in Well Engineering.

Our exploits in these specialized areas are corroborated by the references of projects successfully executed for the International Oil Companies (IOCs) such as Shell, ExxonMobil, and Chevron as well as the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) without compromising Quality and Safety while working within approved Budget and Time. The company has similarly provided services to Governmental Bodies and the Private Sector directly or indirectly as Subcontractors to numerous Clients.

This company is duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as NODENT Nigeria Limited (RC.351430 on March 15, 1999). The Management team is made up of engineers and professionals with vast experience in the oil and gas industry in Mechanical/Civil Engineering,
Installation, Fabrication, and Underwater Welding and Inspection. The team is supported by a pool of motivated highly skilled and well-trained Engineers and Technicians in all engineering disciplines.

MANAGING DIRECTOR / CEO

Engr. Ediongete B. Etang

Ediongete Bongto Etang was a Field Engineer and later a Project Manager with Makon Engineering & Technical Services Limited (a leading player in the Nigerian Oil & Gas EPC market) before he became a Director of Nodent Nigeria Limited.

He is an experienced Metering Engineer who is also recognized for his ability to assist Clients in Technical Procurement.

He has been invited to participate in many programs and courses, including Offshore Technology Conference, EHS Programs and other organized Suppliers and Manufacturers Conferences.
